This guy Sean Terry is not a real… This guy Sean Terry is not a real estate investor he is just a sales guy promoting real estate theory that does not work in real life....What he doesn't tell you is that wholesaling is not an sustainable business model when you have no money no nothing because every state, city, have different laws and you can fall in an area that you are brokering deals without a real estate license if you get sued by the homeowner when you never intended to buy the property and really had no money to buy it is flat out real estate Fraud!!!!.....If you Google his name all you see is his self marketing materials nothing indicating that he has bought anything outside his self promotion...I talk to people in Arizona real investors an nobody knows this guy he owns nothing he is flat out just doing real marketing selling stuff that doesn't work in real life.....No escrow company will do a double escrow homeowners are not giving their property away for pennies on the dollar this guy is not a real estate investor FACTS!!!..
