Terrible experience The customer service is not efficient or prompt. The support of the workflow is not consistent nor are the people attentive. There is no definite order to contact specific support staff in the case of specific situations such as missing course text, certification test taking, etc.....Guaranteed to Run is not as specified and will change to accommodate Tech Sherpas and not the student. The test engine is not always operational and the requirement to take 140 question practice test for each course before your test is setup is very over the top. The only thing experience that was remotely acceptable was the instructor and his handling of teaching the course but the skill pipe text wasn't always available to follow along.

The worst training/learning service in my experience After daily phone calls to secure our order for a MCSA: BI Reporting On-Demand bundle (premium package) my direct contact left Tech Sherpas after processing payment, but before passing the account to anyone else for management. Once I found another contact person to set up access to course material, I found it to be several versions behind current BI software. I requested and was denied refund as Tech Sherpas stated they were not responsible for course content. After slogging through all of the course modules, I requested practice test access - only to be informed that there was not one for that course. I passed the exam for the first course, but only because I supplemented with EdX free training. I have requested access multiple times to the 2nd course material that we paid for in the bundle using all the contact names/email addresses I could find beginning Nov 2 and have yet to receive any response. At this point I just want either the rest of what we paid for or return of that money.
