GBAwesome customer service assistance and encouragement! I am having an extremely positive experience in my new career as an English tutor with We Teach Remotely using the Preply platform. The staff with We Teach Remotely did a phenomenal job with the onboarding process of giving information and assistance with obtaining the TEFL Certification and getting my application approved. I am only 3 days into teaching trial lessons and regular lessons with my new students from all over the world. It is amazing to me that I have already gained students that have subscribed with having lessons with me and re-booked their lessons after my trial lesson with them. I really appreciate the following up, assistance and encouragement from the We Teach Remotely staff. I am very pleased and enjoy my experience as an English tutor.

GBAppreciate the responsiveness and good… Appreciate the responsiveness and good customer service. However, questions about the pricing model were not answered on the videoconference on Thursday. How long does the 33% commission go on, before moving down to 18%?

GBPhishing email I had the same experience as another reviewer: receiving an email that was flagged by gmail as phishing. The email looked suspicious even without the gmail warning.
