I was having an issue with a code, and not only was my reply from them super fast, but they solved the problem and dealt with it right away too. No silly back and forth or any troubles. Just quick and to the point so I can get back to learning and I really appreciated that.

It was a great experience The course was very easy to follow. There were no issues and I received my certificate right after completion.

A Not So Good Experience😣 I haven't had a good experience. Neither with your company or Groupon who I purchased the deal from. Received all the access codes and applied per your instructions, but never received access to the course. The response from your company was very gracious, but inviting me to pay and enroll leaving me to believe you had no records of the initial transaction. So it hasn't been a good experience. I've moved past it. Electing not to attempt to go through the process of any future requests to help straighten this out; including not conducting any further business with Groupon. Thank you again for reaching out but it will no longer be necessary.

I have taken 5 courses on Skill Success… I have taken 5 courses on Skill Success and everyone of them was very easy to do. 4 of my courses were taught by Krishna Nand and he is a very good teacher. I had no issues learning from him. I had to leave Skill Success for awhile, but if I ever want or need to learn something, I will definitely go back to Skill Success.

5* Service with Ron I found a deal through Groupon only a couple of hours after purchasing directly through the skill success site. Hastily I cancelled my subscription and was going to buy through Groupon only to learn my service isn't refundable. I jumped on chat with Ron immediately and not only did he offer to refund my money, but after learning what I planned to do on the other site, offered me the same deal, extending my service for two entire months and I didn't even have to leave the page. Super service and hope the course offerings prove to be just as incredible.
