He went above and beyond and the level of transparency and communication is probably the best customer service ive received. Brian was patient and answered all of the “why’s “ in a way I understood. After trying other companies/services I became kinda jaded and skeptical but decided to give vncc a try and boy am I glad. I wouldn’t have been able to get to 100% p&t without them. I’ve been fighting the va since 2017 and was repeatedly denied. Brian knew exactly how to get an approval and made the entire process seamless and easy. Over 4 years of true compassion and support VNCC is a great VA Claim disability claim advisor, but they are so much more. They have become good friends at a time when I desperately needed personal connections. Particularly VNCC leadership has proven themselves to be leaders of vision and compassion. Even after I was awarded 100% P&T, 3 VNCC members drove over 300 miles round-trip in one day to visit me in the hospital where I was recovering from a fractured hip and shoulder. They provide continual support with their Wednesday and Friday virtual meetings as well as other TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram posts frequently. They help me get to 100% P&T and continued to reach out to me in fellowship and friendship. They continue this support to veterans because of veritable altruism without hope of monetary incentive.
