We have been trying for years all different diets and starvation is not one diet I recommend. Moderation for us is more acceptable. We love our food and wine and we are not prepared to live without it. Even extreme exercise is not the best solution. We could never sprint or lift or exercise massively, we are both over 50 and we have added gentle intermittent running and walking and occasionally swimming. Floraspring gives us the opportunity to feel better inside and in the long term we have seen results. We will continue our moderate exercise and diet though so we can stay healthy without the feeling of starvation and Floraspring will definitely help us to reduce our belly fat.
