Some people post nonsense constantly & use most of the board. That was very annoying & I felt as if I spent money to read their issues & not get support that I signed up for. Some other folks were really helpful. I was getting pretty frustrated to look for the leader info & instead was reading someone put avocado on their salad. Would like to see modules for meal prep, fatigue/energy, exercise, supplements, etc as separate modules.

Average but love the product offering Average, most what I would call advanced and desirable functions like subscription service don’t work. Reordering doesn’t seem to exist. Each order is a new first time order. But neither does GNC’s yet.

Bad promo code handling Used a discount code from a promo banner for new customers and as soon as the order was placed they emailed me a code for a bigger discount. Not the way to make a new customer feel valued! They did refund me the difference between the two codes when I complained but it felt like a bait and switch. Also the 30-day guarantee that’s touted across the site isn’t a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so if you open it and find you don’t like it - tough luck. They don’t sell sample sizes.

wrong Product sent -correct one resent- no problem! I ordered Chocolate BHB and Vanilla BHB- when the order arrived, both containers were the type with caffeine. I didn’t want the caffeinated ones because I like to drink these in the afternoon- caffeine would keep me up all night. Customer service was GREAT- they said no problem -keep those and they sent me 2 new ones without caffeine!! The lady I spoke with on the phone was outstanding!
