The modules helped me fix some behavior not intuitively destructive. The biggest thing this program did for me was it improved my relationship with myself. I beacon more self-confident, I understood who I was and what I needed, and who I wanted to become. It gave me the tools to communicate with all people around me. The result has been an improved relationship with my wife, my children, my friends, and my coworkers.
