Contacted Ben's Natural Health and told them I wanted to return the pills for a refund. Was told the company has no Money Back Guarantee for this product. This is totally unacceptable. They came up with some stupid reason about removing fillers which is nonsense because why would you add them in the first place. This product is no longer effective for me and I noticed it is never in a top ten list of prostate supplements. They changed the clear capsule material and obviously went cheap as it now has a terrible disgusting taste.

Only issue was during the checkout at the submit/confirm order, the next page was blank and I received no confirmation at that time that the order was completed. I did, however, receive an email a few minutes later with the purchase and confirmation information. Maybe was just a glitch in the system at the moment I placed my order.
