Me second experience Since this is not my first time ordering this service and I had something to compare it to, it was fine overall. I lovered the grade because there were mistakes and they redid the work a couple times

All has been good except that they have… All has been good except that they have a couple of new people on the customer service team who take a bit longer to respond than I’m used to. I had to wait for 3 minutes till they checked my order to say the writer was working on it. Not that bad but could be better. Have been a returning client for 3 years.
