GBCustomer Support is NOT great We have loved these boxes for awhile. Unfortunately due to costs, we had to pause our subscription for a few months. I just un-paused it and ordered this month's box. I got an email stating that it shipped 10 days ago, however, it only says "pre-shipment label created" and it was never actually shipped by the company. I have tried to contact the customer support for the company through email (3x), phone (2x), and through the chat feature on the website and I have gotten NO response for days. I am extremely disappointed and have received emails saying "Let us know how much you love the box" or "award winning customer service" but it just isn't there. At this point they took my $45 and I received nothing in return. I have canceled my subscription and will no longer support this company.

GBHigh quality boxes AND customer service! We’ve been using edZOOcation for the past three months and our kids now race each other to the front porch when they know it’s been delivered! The quality of the stuffed animals is SURPRISINGLY great! And the books are quality, cute, and educational. We’ve made one of the recipes that has been sent in the box and it was delicious!! And crafts maybe their favorite part! Aside from the quality of the boxes… the customer service has been IMPECCABLE. I’ve called once just for a question/information and once for an incorrect order. Both times I got a PERSON on the phone immediately and both of them were SO friendly and helpful. They kindly resolved the incorrect order and were so professional throughout it. We’re asking for a yearly subscription as a Christmas gift for the kids this year! Highly recommend them!
