GBCustomer Support is NOT great We have loved these boxes for awhile. Unfortunately due to costs, we had to pause our subscription for a few months. I just un-paused it and ordered this month's box. I got an email stating that it shipped 10 days ago, however, it only says "pre-shipment label created" and it was never actually shipped by the company. I have tried to contact the customer support for the company through email (3x), phone (2x), and through the chat feature on the website and I have gotten NO response for days. I am extremely disappointed and have received emails saying "Let us know how much you love the box" or "award winning customer service" but it just isn't there. At this point they took my $45 and I received nothing in return. I have canceled my subscription and will no longer support this company.

GBI really appreciated that there were… I really appreciated that there were two stuffed toys (small &big) helps with having two kids. Also the learning book was fun to sit down and read to them. Being short informational clips helped!

GBSo thrilled we got the frog! So thrilled we got the frog! My daughter is 2 and always super excited to open her edZOOcation box. The frog life cycle toys and of course the magazine really captured her attention for a while!

GBMy grandson loves the boxes My grandson loves the boxes. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this to anyone that wants to educate there children.

GBGreat!!! My daughter is obsessed with animals & absolutely loves her monthly subscription. Our favorite was the owl box & dissecting the owl pellet. It is a wonderful gift for any animal lover!
