Not to be recommended I bought a 10k challenge on 18.04.2024 with metatrader5 as platform and made 368 USD as profit. When I wanted to trade again on 19.04.2024, all orders were rejected. I then wrote to the technical service and they replied to me in the evening that they would no longer offer metatrader from 19.04.2024 and would migrate to another platform. I asked when I would receive the new access data and was told that it would happen the following Monday or Tuesday. When I still didn't see the login data on wednesday, I contacted customer service. they replied - in a very unfriendly manner - that I should be patient for a few more days as the migration was not yet complete. When I then did a search and saw on insta that they had already been announcing the change for 2 months, this is a sign of incompetence on my part. I then asked for my fee back and this was finally announced after several more emails. All in all, I am very disappointed with this company, which neglects its main purpose so much. Rumors seem to be true. I will no longer trade there.
