Great help with an account issue As an SIC note investor, I recently had a technical issue with one of my recent note purchases populating to my Lake City servicing account. I mentioned this to Heather Meredith, one of my main investor contacts - even though servicing is not her responsibility, Heather jumped right in and wrestled the issue to resolution. It took a few rounds, but she was always immediate in her responses to me, kept me informed of progress, and did what it took to get the issue resolved. Again, even though not in her lane. I really appreciate people with a can-do attitude, great customer service focus, and high standards of care that Heather exhibited here. The world needs more people like Heather, and SIC is fortunate to have her!

Con Artists Their entire sales team engages in Bait and Switch tactics including their leadership team. Over promise and under deliver most of the time that creates lots of tension. People go on vacation and don’t care about your construction draw or any email that is sent whatsoever. Some of the slowest hard money lenders to work with. We literally lost 2 deals and takes them over 30 days to close on a transaction. Might as well go with a non QM bank statement loan. Plenty of other lenders out there to work with. My recommendation is: RUN AWAY from this company. FAST

Awesome Professionalism! It was a pleasure speaking and solving my issue with Tommi. When I left a message she called me right away and discussed my particular situation. We were able to find a solution and a way ahead which makes me worry free and ensures I continue to invest with this company. Great company, great products and amazing staff I have been investing with SIC since 2020. The ROI I have received from the circle of wealth fund 3 product has exceeded my expectations. Additionally, anytime I have ever had questions the staff has done a great job of responding quickly and making sure I’ve had my questions answered and they have been great about explain new opportunities.
