The CS reps are very courteous and responsive to any changes, additions or deletions. All of the crew are knowledgeable and know how to deal with their clients. The cost to advertise is reasonable and competitive with other similar advertising companies. I highly recommend Sulekha in promoting a business. Sulekha is run by jerks Purchased show tickets through Sulkeha and the event was cancelled less than 24 hours from start time. Sulekha refused to provide full refund keeping all the transaction fees for no reason. When I demanded my full amount back they said “transaction fee is nothing.” It’s not nothing, it’s my hard earned money!! These people are jerks, me and my family will not be buying anything off Sulekha again. Even Ticketmaster gives full refund for cancelled shows. Sulekha has unethical business practices and keeps their customers hard earned money. Don’t buy from them!!
