GBThe Ladders I've used "The Ladders" on and off for several years. Their GUI is one of the most user-friendly. It's helpful to see info of the competition that is applying for the position that I'm interested. They provide a specific cover letter box per each job posting, so I can briefly provide unique details per each job posting. Definitely worth the fee because ease of use makes the application quick, so a good usage of my time.

GBJehna listened to my issue and we found…ISSUES! She is quite diligent in her efforts to assist the client base. Jehna listened to my issue and we found out there was an error in the system. This great follow up not only assisted me, but countless others who might have encountered the same issue, but either would not report it or not notice it. Regardless, her actions saved your company from losing business by taking care of the client and taking note for your system to be fixed to minimize client churn. Well done!

GBExcellent recruiters I have had the best recruiters contact me and follow up with their clients about me! I have not been interviewed, yet, but I see where I am making the best impact in this still tight economy! All and all I am grateful to these senior recruiters who are fast paced, and know a great deal about who to submit to their clients - they set time lines and communicate! The Ladders must be doing a lot right to have top recruiters and job seekers on their site. I wish I had been in the founders class at NYU - I deferred my entrance, but know he has a great team working with him.

GBIt is a very good job portal to find your stepped-up career in the USA This is a portal that lets you elaborate your current work status and create alert on the next ambitious job in the USA. The site gives ample information on tracking each of the application status. This helps review easy and follow up on required applications.

GBOK for US jobs, not good for international The Ladders provides a good service, but simply don't go beyond the borders of the US. Oh, there are a few international jobs, but they in no way reflect the breadth of the market out there. In expanding into foreign markets, it would be a mistake to start from scratch. There are already numerous providers out there who have limited vision, but good local coverage. Some sort of B2B action would be the right way to go.
