Valuable Pam came to our location and gave us a very valuable training on writing that applied to many aspects of our day to day work; emails, protocols, procedures, reports, etc. I have not taken a composition course since undergraduate school and much has changed! Best technical writing class available We brought Pam to our facility for individuals at a range of writing levels, everyone was impressed and challenged. This class provided a new way to look at developing documents and pointed out some of our flaws. We will only improve from here thanks to this class. We are already looking into the other offerings this company provides as well as bringing them back in for those who missed it the first time around.
