It is a very professional and reliable… It is a very professional and reliable institute to rely and pick your courses. I did many courses with the institute for the past three years, lecture, online material and the read through sample questions they offer are all very useful. Also they have good expertise available to help whenever you have any doubts and most importantly they provide guidance and counselling even after you have completed your courses with them. Very good and overall reliable source to depend.

SCAM ALERT----- BE WARNED SCAM ALERT----- BE WARNED SCAM SCAM SCAM ----- BE WARNED------ SCAM SCAM SCAM Hi, Ok, i don’t like having to write these types of reviews but it’s really important to get the truth out there to stop others falling for these scam companies.. Don’t be fooled either by the other reviewers here.. I don’t believe for one moment NOW that these are genuine reviews... i fell for them before i purchased my course but i know differently now from my own painful experience. i bought this course thinking i would get quality training, delivered at a date agreed with the Tutor (Ajay) and sit an exam afterwards... But this was not the case. Once dates and times were agreed and once all paid in full, through Razor Pay (see my other review) i asked Ajay for a link to the training. he kept delaying and stalling.. He finally sent my details of a NEW date and time and not those that i had agreed too, or that i had signed up for. A really long email, call and many WhatsApp exchanges ensued and he promised to get me the dates i paid for... No such luck, i asked for a full refund, which was torture... he and his supervisor refused and claimed that they issued a certificate. So, it turned out that they sit the exam on your behalf. They didn’t tell me this from the outset and defeats the object of the training. In a nutshell they are selling fake courses and issuing bogus certificates which is FRAUD. As Razorpay were useless i contacted my Credit Card company, who managed to get me a full refund. In doing so, i proved my Case, Ajay and is supervisor also admitted several times (in writing) that they were in the wrong, yet still didn’t want to issue the refund. Please take note of this review and save yourself the pain. If you are offered training with a guaranteed pass, it’s because they are sitting the exam for you... you are not only cheating all those that have worked hard to pass their exams, you are cheating the industry you work in and mostly, you are cheating yourself with FAKE qualifications. All in all a really miserable experience. The upside for me, I found an alternative provider, I done my course and have gained the accreditation the right way ! Their response is unprofessional and is full of inaccuracies and a breach of Trustpilots guidelines on misusing private information and proves once again that they are an unethical company. My review is genuine. On closing, why would I consider using this BS company again. Fools. People steer clear. They will misuse your personal information. I have asked TrustPilot to remove my personal information from their retaliatory response. I’m happy for them to keep the rest of their fake response on here if it makes them happy.
