From Almost-Zero UXR Knowledge to Some I had little to no UXR experience prior to taking the course. Laura, the program mentor, showed us the industry-standard work process and thinking throughout the program. I've gained so much insight and knowledge about UXR, she was very patient and helpful during the research process, and it completely changed how I think! Excellent 1on1 experience that you can't find somewhere else I joined UXGO because of their great 1on1 experience! Augustina is such an insightful mentor and a great listener! I can't thank her enough for all the invaluable feedbacks, which help me frame my portfolio better; She also provided practical tips on how to better show different skillset through multiple case studies, which is something I have never realized before. Even if it's just an hour session, I learnt tons from her. Highly recommend!

I joined UXGO because I really enjoy… I joined UXGO because I really enjoy mentoring junior designers and contributing to their success in the professional career path. I taught UX techniques and skills and interview preparation, including 1-1 classes, and ten-week advanced course, etc. I was able to help uxgo members with UX design expertise, career preparations, and job hunting and it was a very fun experience where I was offered a lot of support from other coaches. I would recommend people who care about the future of design and enjoy mentoring designers consider joining UXGO as a coach!

I'm in Team A2 and had Augustina as our… I'm in Team A2 and had Augustina as our coach. I really learned so much from her, not only in the small group session but also through 1 on 1 sessions. She has provided me with many references to look at when I felt confused on certain UX process.
