An interesting experience After the customer service training, I understood the ways to deal with people at different point in time. It's an excellent opportunity. And I'm glad I partook in the training.

I was wowed by the experience I knew there were so many tricks in excel but didn't know how to utilise them. I choose which row or column to capitalise, get the minimum and maximum values INA data set, deleting duplicate values, the experience was totally worth the time spent and I thank team "Teachours" for the opportunity.
