LVGood customer service! Good customer service! I've stopt using brilliant, but forgot cancel substription, so next subsription got payed automaticly. I've didn't want to use brilliant this year so i contacted to customer service. And got contacted to Steph. I got helped quickly, and kindly. CAKind of a cool system Kind of a cool system. I did not stick with it cause life is too busy. When they charged me and I cancelled just after they were flexible about giving a refund. They only do that once so don't be sneaky!!

DECan't cancel 7-day trial (solved) Tried to cancel the trial before deadline, but the cancel subscription button won't work (still doesn't work now). No way to cancel, I got billed €124,95. Immediately requested for a refund and haven't used any courses since being charged, will update if I receive it. Be careful with this company. UPDATE: Thanks you Steph from customer service, who has promptly issued a full refund after an email. It may be better to directly email the support team rather than to submit a refund request through the app. The app itself is good to awaken a beginner's interest, but offers not much after that. If you want to cancel a trial, make sure to do so through email to be safe.

TRIt was a great ecperience for me It was a great ecperience for me, I am a student and I tried lt one month for free. I would love to continue but I don’t have the budget. Then I forgot to cancel my subscription so I told them about my situation and they refunded all the money back with kindness.
