My new shift leaders for 2024 are really are amazing, I'm talking about true leaders who are willing to help me grow my knowledge when it comes to my work stuf and all procedures. They don't help me grow only at work but also outside my work place, I'm greatful indeed.

Great resource for taking stock and planning your personal development I wanted to take an inventory and think about my continued personal development, and opted to do this via an Enneagram assessment with Truity, and was blown away by the insights and usefulness of the report. It'll take some time to work through all the implications, but the detailed report is fantastic. As I was writing this, I realized that 9 years ago I assessed my Myers Briggs personality type with Truity as well.
