When we create self-awareness, we begin to understand what we need and want in our life. We have the ability to have healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Jessica keeps it REAL! Realistically, STRESS plays a big role in all of our lives, and it was refreshing to learn productive "habits" that can help reduce stress in our every day lives! Jessica is a breath of fresh air in that she "normalizes" stress, and makes you aware that you are not alone...and teaches "habits" that can help you manage stress on a day-to-day basis. Warm and approachable, Jessica was fantastic!

The Amazing Jessica! The Amazing Jessica! Jessica was invited to do a 25-minute presentation to a small women's group on “5 Tips to Manage Stress.” The presentation was interactive and Jessica was extremely engaging.
