She does a good job with looking at the bigger picture and helping you see your experience in a different light. Melissa helped me transition from a… Melissa helped me transition from a sales role to project management. I reached out to her in December and she completely revamped my resume, then offered me step by step guidance on specific project management positions I should apply to and she coached me for my interviews and taught me a lot to make sure that I hit all of the goals I wanted. She also made sure that I was involved in networking groups and really challenged and pushed me. It was definitely a lot of work but it was so worth it. I landed a job as a Project Coordinator making my target salary and am so much happier. I’m now working with her on a way to get promoted in my company and she also coaches me on work life balance.
