It was very intresting It was very intresting. I will say it made me more curious about the why's of many of my unconscious actions, beliefs, and moral principles. I was not in the best mental space for say and joining this program helped me recover faster plus gave me different perspectives and tools to manage recurring negative thought patterns. At the end it is not about eliminating the feelings that make us human, it is just a matter of knowing how to manage them to present ourself as the best version of us that we can be. Not going to lie I was very skeptical going into this, if you are skeptical, that could be the first thing you could work with. Be more open, become moldable, allow yourself to want to be better. If not now then when?

Simply lovely! Metamorphic helped me see and map out the future I wanted to achieve for myself and it has been massively helpful. Looking at my manifesto each day fires me up to take massive action to get to where I want to be. But knowing where you want to go is not enough if you don't have the tools to get there, and Metamorphic helped me to realize that you already do, you just got to listen for the answers and you'll know what to do. Which has given me so much clarity and progress in the last two months it's insane.
