Her thought provoking monthly coaching goes above and beyond what goes into spearheading your job search. She helps unlock new job frontiers that you may not be thinking about and helps to align your talents with what companies are looking for. Molly is very familiar with what is in demand in a very fast moving business world. Her programs have saved me a lot of time in areas where I was wasting time on my traditionally common job searches that everyone else is doing. With all of the new techniques that I have learned from her valuable video library, my old lengthy job searches have been cut in half AND have found more rewarding results as well. I definitely recommend anyone thinking about a modern day job search to enroll in Molly's program, you won't be disappointed!

The Rules Have Changed If you haven't been in an active job search in the last couple of years, then you need to know the rules have changed and Molly's program will help you transition to the new playing field. Molly is down to earth and will help you navigate your search with a lot of insight and advice to ensure you are on top of your game. Some of her coaching may be tough to hear, but, when you look around at her coaching sessions and deep dive sessions you quickly learn you are not alone. I'll leave my review with this last statement...you will hear that you need to network. While you THINK you have a network, you will quickly find out you do not. If you are not seeing the outcomes you are expecting, then this is the program for you! This is an excellent program, especially for executives who have not searched for a role in many years. It requires a lot of work so you need to commit time and effort to maximize the benefit. Molly is a great coach who is very engaging and approachable. Her guidance is spot-on and she will steer you towards the actions that will maximize the return on your search efforts. This program totally changed my approach to my job search. Well-designed and Impactful Program The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.

TEJS and Molly are worth it, it works! I was let go from the company I'd been with for almost 14 years, and I had been recruited into that role, so hadn't had to look for a job in 20 years. To say today's job search is a bit different is a drastic understatement. I was very overwhelmed with just the task of updating my resume. I was on the job market for 2.5 months, and I know that Molly's program played a big part in me finding my next role so quickly.
