I learned different techniques and different was to engage my staff and to stimulate growth from outside vendors. I loved the side groups that I was in. It was nice to work with people from all different walks of life all striving for the same thing no matter what business you were in. I would definitely recommend it!!

Overall, very good. I think the programming that the Growth Institute offers is very good. Their teachers have been excellent. We have seen that some of the coaches are better than others but the courses are, in general, very good. My only real complaint is with the group participation. This isn't the Growth Institute's fault. This issue is endemic with these kinds of things, but when you open up the discussion to community participation there are inevitably a couple of people that just dominate the conversations - often in ways that are not germane to other participants. Keep up the good work.

HIghly Recommend Master Course has been hands down the most practical and useful business course I have ever taken. With more than 20 years of experience, and hundreds of hours of classes, the master course has been the BEST. Just one of the lessons has been worth the investment. And there are dozens of points/tools that are providing outstanding ROI.

Thank You ! The recorded videos cover almost 80% of the live sessions. Herb & Ximena handled the sessions well but I felt that more breakout rooms activities would have opened up the group. 4 mastermind sessions are definitely less.
