INI recently joined SKUP Incubator… I recently joined SKUO Incubator program in Jan'24. The entire onboarding process is very well laid out and the 1-1 calls helped get clarity and confidence. The team of Matt, Devin, Vicol, Suhail and Ben is great ! The team explained the steps very clearly and it became easier to implement. The course is also pretty well laid out in a simple and easy to implement manner. The support and 5 FB calls a week do make a huge difference. In 1 week of completing the onboarding, I got my first sale !. The feeling of getting the 1st sale is awesome and inspires to take even more greater action as recommended. Thanks to the SKUP team !

ROI had an issue with the Shopify theme… I had an issue with the Shopify theme they sold. I contacted them and in about 2 days they solved everything

GBStick to the plan and success will come Joining SKUP has been a great experience so far. They provide you with all the resources to get your Ecommerce store up and running. I really like that they are proactive in making sure you are on track before attempting to sell any products. The staff are so supportive and the methods taught in the course are up to date and useful. The only thing you're responsible for is making sure you stick to the plan suggested and implement everything that is taught in the modules. I'm glad I came across SKUP and am always trying to improve upon what I've learned. I was able to make sales within the first few months of joining the program and am hopeful that more success will come through the methods and resources provided in the program.

NZI get busy and a little confused… I get busy and a little confused sometimes and find I have asked the same question before. Support@Skup namely Carlo and Ben have been very good at answering my question several times. When I have been given the answers, I don't implement straight away, then forget I have already had the answers. These guys are really great in their reply's. The full answer is all there, and I can use them over and over. Much appreciated.

GBVery responsive Very responsive. Sometime things can take a day or 2 at most, others concerns are addressed within an hour or so. Very happy with their responsiveness.
