It’s something I do not regret. He was very much up front, sharing every detail for what to expect and he delivered. The exercises I completed thoroughly prepared him to produce a resume that I was very much impressed and pleased with receiving. He was patient and made sure the outcome met my expectations. The one thing I appreciated most is that he was very upfront regarding the importance of being able to work together. With each meeting, he was punctual, focused, and ready to discuss the latest activity or draft. He also has access to a vast network and other recruiting resources so as you advance your career, his services would be of value. I will recommend his services to others who are serious about making the investment to have a well written resume prepared.

I used Arno’s services in late 2021 I used Arno’s services in late 2021. At the time, Arno had a policy of guaranteeing results after using his services. All instructions were followed, yet when his resume did not result in any interviews and I requested a refund he stopped responding to me. The refund was requested in May of 2022 after much time had been put into trying to make Arno’s resume work. Above all else, it is not acceptable to arbitrarily decide to not uphold a policy when it doesn’t benefit you. That is unethical and poor business practice. Zero stars.
