Experience all investors must attend, I came out of the 3 Day class with more knowledge and confidence to succeed as an investor with FB, Ralph Plum was so informative and full of energy. He was approachable and available to answer specific questions. He taught me the difference of thinking as a consumer vs entrepreneur, understanding that debt may be good depending on how you use it. Understanding how taxes are used. How to form an LLC and starting a Solo k and Pension to prepare for your Future. I appreciate the Systems and Tools FB put together to aid in the Success of their Investors thank you for all you do Than Merrill and Paul Esajian.

Invest 10 to get 100. Overall, great seminar! I would try a different approach. Separate the audience by experience... Conduct the same exact seminar for beginners or “the masses”. For the more experienced bunch; provide an agenda on what will be discussed and hone in on their needs and motivators. Some of these people may need a little leverage to be the next big thing... “if you help enough people get what they want, by default, you’ll get what you want” -Zig Ziglar

Amazing Seminar!! This was a great event, full of valuable information! It's a perfect introduction for that person who's totally new to real estate investing and is looking for a new experience. By the end of the 3 days, so much information is provided and tools and systems learned that it would be incredibly hard to walk away from it without actualizing any of the concepts. Good information given The information was given in a way that was easy to understand. The insider tips and tricks of the business are most interesting. Stepping you out of the layman's way of doing things, you are able to take a couple of leaps ahead of the crowd to reach your goal easier and more economically. That is good information with the system in place for almost fool proof results.

What an eye opener!!! I recently attended the 3 day Fortune Builders workshop in Phoenix Arizona. It was amazing and totally worth my time and money. These people know what they are doing!
