INWell they nailed what had to be done on… Well they nailed what had to be done on the head. The editing the second time was perfect, although alot of formatting inconsistencies were seen in the first draft, such is likely for the basic package. Would advise on the higher packages to ensure a through quality check

JPThe service is excellent. The service is excellent. Even when we encountered some payment troubles, the personels kindly did their best. If I address one thing, at that time of the payment trouble, if the mail communication can be done in Japanese, the process should be much more prompt, I felt. But I understand that this is more than we can expect. So except that point, I rate 5-stars, and says the service is great.
