I remember I wanted to completely rewrite my commonapp essay, and it was a very smooth experience thanks to their flexibility. The feedback is great, however it should be noted that the subject matter of the essay won't change much, and so make sure the topic you're writing about is what you really want to share. Highly recommend Prompt… Our son worked with a Prompt tutor on his Common App essay as well as all of his supplemental college essays. He was accepted to his first choice college and he thinks Prompt’s help was a major factor in his acceptance! The tutor was professional, quick to respond, detailed in her suggestions, and made the entire process easy for our son. Worth it! My husband heard about Prompt on our local public radio station, after looking into it a bit more we decided it was perfect to help our son organize his applications and write the essays. The process provided multiple places to reflect and generate ideas. The actual essay coaching was superb. Rebecca provided very thoughtful and precise feedback. The 3 school and common app package was a lot of work, including all the school specific essays. It helped to have someone besides a parent involved in the process. In the end it was worth it, he will be attending his 1st choice school in the fall, MIT!

An investment that is worth every penny We used Prompt for our 2 college bound seniors and our experience was nothing but amazing. Prompt took the reins in helping my boys brainstorm, organize and polish their essays. The boys were fully engaged and we literally had to do nothing. The essays they wrote were amazing and I actually learned a lot about them! Prompt services are definitely and investment, but it was worth every penny. They helped my boys write many honors college essays, for which the were accepted into the programs, and received scholarship money. And most importantly, they were accepted to their first choice schools!

A wonderful experience This was a great experience. It made my college essay writing experience a lot less anxiety-ridden and I felt ended feeling proud of the essays I had written. The advisor I met with was quick with her feedback and always refined my essays to be succinct but powerful. And the proof is there: I only got rejected from two schools.
