The community is truly a family. In all reality it appears to be a 10k course, with 8k worth of contracts, 100K+ worth of mentorship/coaching opportunities in various subjects, and a priceless overhelpful community. Here's my only caviot, If you're going to join show up and do the work. This isn't a business you're buying, It's a business in a box and you have to use the parts/pieces given to build what's best for you and your family. DO IT! It's worth it.
