The community is truly a family. In all reality it appears to be a 10k course, with 8k worth of contracts, 100K+ worth of mentorship/coaching opportunities in various subjects, and a priceless overhelpful community. Here's my only caviot, If you're going to join show up and do the work. This isn't a business you're buying, It's a business in a box and you have to use the parts/pieces given to build what's best for you and your family. DO IT! It's worth it. This mentorship is so much more... This mentorship is so much more than just any other mentorship. Pace has the most giving Community. Our community is life changing. I am doing deals with other students and receiving referrals from others all because of this group. Pace teaches so much more than subto Real Estate. He is teaching us how to buy businesses with Zero down, how to do creative lending and skills surrounding infinite banking. This community is so much more than I ever dreamed of or expected. Best community and mentorship ever. Pace is a true go-giver in every sense of the way.
