Hello Hello, I never received an onboarding directive with anyone and I therefore feel lost in this program. Also it would be nice to be directed to a team I can join as Pace is always recommending joining a team.

Subto is more than just a mentorship Subto is more than just a mentorship. It is a community full of go givers and it truly feels like a family. Before joining subto I was lost. I knew I wanted to break into real estate but didn't know exactly how to get started. Since I joined subto I have started closing deals and I have met new partners and made really solid friendships that I know will last a lifetime!! I finally know that this is where I belong and what a beautiful feeling it is.

Joining Subto has been by far the best… Joining Subto has been by far the best thing I have ever done. Having other people with the same mindset and so willing to help me with issues I haven't faced yet gave me the confidence to go out and fail forward! The things I've been able to accomplish since joining this community are mind blowing. 2 new doors added to my portfolio using creative finance, being a part of $0 down on market deals and multiple Subto deals.✌️

Amazing group Amazing group. Pace has put his giving energy into the group and it hard to find anyone who is not willing to partner and help one other. Starting new or scaling, it doesn’t matter. The amount knowledge, creativity and support is unparalleled.
