JUST DO IT!!! I wish I would have known about this sooner!!! I would have an extra house had I known! We were trying to figure out how to manage our expenses and pay down our existing HELOC without success. When I was finally able to meet with Accelerated Banking, I was blown away and knew we had to start immediately. I am looking forward to having a fully paid off mortgage so we can homeschool our son and enjoy the fruits of our labor!

I had my 1st home purchased with 1st… I had my 1st home purchased with 1st Lien HELOC, via the Kwak Brothers program. Looking at the rate on traditional, it was a bit disturbing but first time hearing about the program I found it very good to be true, I thought to give it a try and I must admit, the team is very good to assist at anytime, I just closed my house 2/29/24 under the coaching of the team, thank you all especially Ryan Lane and Patrick Grimm. They were awesome.

Thankful for this program and the founders! This program is amazing and I am so glad I saw the ad on Facebook and actually listened to it and scheduled an appointment! I cannot wait to be completely debt free, not just from my mortgage, but from all consumer debt as well in less than 4 years! I still had 13 years left on my 15 year mortgage and multiple thousands in consumer debt and now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
