GBOn top of the shipping issues there was… On top of the shipping issues there was poor communication from the company. Unfortunately my dogs won’t eat them. I’ve emailed, but I haven’t received a response back about them refunding our purchase.

GB3 stars because it's really helping my… 3 stars because it's really helping my dogs. Customer service SUCKS!! I was charged, shipment not sent. I email, no response. Then all the sudden out of nowhere I get emails saying my orders were cancelled when I did not cancel them. I want my product or my money back!

CAI've had an okay experience with Pplex… I've had an okay experience with Pplex Labs. It's pretyy much the averge company. Nowithstanding, the service is alright. I've never run into any hugh difficulties, but neither have I been overly impacted. I would say on the balnace it has been more of a regular experince. There have been no out of the ordinary problems, but haven't been overly impressed ether. It Baseicly works as expected without any mishapps or other anomalies as you would axpect from an average company.

GBUnfortunately my dog didn't do well on… Unfortunately my dog didn't do well on the product,but I must say their customer service is excellent. No problem with the return. Very easy. I hope in the future to purchase other products for my dog from them.

GBI ordered the product / didn’t receive… I ordered the product / didn’t receive it / sent email / didn’t get answer/ was charged any way /reordered product again / didn’t receive it / sent email / didn’t get answer again / was charged again. Ordered twice, charged twice, never got confirmation notice ( but was charged twice ) How does that happen? I heard you have a great product but seem to have some problems delivering the product ( no problem charging ). Ed Beauchemin
