Brighterly is OUTSTANDING! So we have been thrilled with Brighterly. As a parent the customer service and support to work through issues has been phenomenal. However the most important thing to us is our children. The brighterly teacher Ms. Naqsh has been OUTSTANDING! She engages and adapts and educates in such a wonderful manner with out son and it shows it in how he addresses homework and problems. He was good with math but he really loves it and he loves working with the problems that Brighterly has. Brighterly is great and would highly recommend trying it for those who want tailored caring engaging educational experiences for their children.

Best decision we have made in educating our child! Teacher Camille is wonderful with my daughter, she makes math fun and engaging in a way that keeps my daughter eagerly working and learning for a 45-minute session. When we work with our daughter at home ourselves, we can barely make it 20 minutes. Her math skill and understanding has truly increased dramatically and we are very happy with the decision to engage with Brighterly.

I need my money refunded My grandson teacher was great, but every week it was technical difficulties and his classes would always start late. I asked for a refund and all my money was not refunded to me and brighterly don’t have a number that you can call. I’m glad some people have had good experiences with them, but if you have a problem you can’t get in contact with them.
