You will learn a LOT of content here that you don't get in many in person trainings and for the fraction of the price. Steph is committed to make Yoga Teacher Training accessible and available to everyone. This training opened the door for me to become a registered yoga teacher and to teach to a community in need of wonderful practice who have been affected by trauma and violence. My experience with the online yoga… My experience with the online yoga school surpassed my expectations. i loved learning in depth not only about the practical parts of the asanas, but also loved hearing Steph talk about the philosophy and origins of yoga. Steph leads with light and exudes enthusiasm about her passion to teach. Great School, Great Course, Great Experience Excellent online course designed very well and super easy to follow. They are always there to help when you need, and are very responsive to your submissions. With dedication and daily practice I was able to complete the course in about 9 months. I am now finishing a 5 hour continuing education course and plan to enroll in more of their trainings as they have so many to offer! I would recommend the Online Yoga School to any Yogi looking to deepen their personal practice or become an instructor.
