
Not a happy customer
GBSurprised For what I thought was a slow processing system, I was wrong. I just got an email from a customer service representative who looked into my order more and told me to check my spam folder. If you are waiting for an order to process I would suggest making sure the email did not go to your spam folder as it did for me. This caused me to get upset thinking I wasn’t going to get the money for my textbooks, when in reality I did, I just didn’t see the email as it wasn’t in my normal folder. Customer service always responded within a day of my emails regarding any question I had on processing. If you think your order has not been processed check your spam folder, something I did not do until two weeks later. Thanks Beer Money Books for your help and patience.

GBGot quoted for a $200 payment on Feb 7… Got quoted for a $200 payment on Feb 7 2024 still haven’t got pay out .. the company seem to be closed. If they knew they were gonna close they kept accepting books and stole from customers .

GBI had to contact them a few weeks after… I had to contact them a few weeks after a sent my books in because I hadn't heard a word from them and hadn't recieved payment. They did get back to me in a timely manner and told me they had received my books but they had to be sent to the publisher for confirmation as they are often replicated. They only thing I would change is that they send an email out when they receive the books to let the customer know what the next step is.

GBGreat experience I was a little leery of trying them because the name sounded so casual, but my experience was great. I had a question before sending the book, and they answered it promptly. I sent the book and received payment in about 3 weeks.

GBHorrible Horrible! Definitely understand why they were immediately closed. Sucks that they have my book and money that I was supposed to get for it. Wendy was very rude and wish I never sent my book to them.
