I spent $49 I spent $49, hoping it would enhance my job performance, but I'm extremely let down. Whenever I attempt to paraphrase, the meaning feels off, so I'll compare it with ChatGPT 3.5, which is free. The difference is incomparable; ChatGPT 3.5 is vastly superior to QuillBot.

It is difficult to identify all duplicate words. I expected QuillBot to do better; however, it is quite tough to figure out all duplication words. In paraphrased form, the same words are used repeatedly. For example, if I write five lines, the same words are repeated a lot of times. Most of the time, paraphrasing was a grammatical error. So I need to double-check my grammar. I was requesting for refund but they didn't. Wordtune is far better than QuillBot.

A fresh take on every sentence! QuillBot has helped me break out of a rut in my writing. When writing about the same topics over and over, it's easy to fall into predictable patterns when forming sentences. QuillBot's paraphraser shows me creative new ways of expressing the same ideas. Now, my writing feels fresh again!

Poor customer service. I express my dissatisfaction with the customer support provided by Quillbot. Upon reporting an issue with the application, I received a response from Deeksha, requesting a video illustrating the error encountered with the app. Subsequently, I complied by sending the video but received no further communication. Despite my subsequent email inquiries, I have not received any response. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, it appears that my concerns are not being addressed. I have invested in a yearly subscription that remains unusable, yet both Quillbot and Deeksha have demonstrated a lack of concern regarding this matter. If you are not inclined to collaborate in finding a resolution, I kindly request a full refund to enable me to seek services elsewhere.
