Still no withdrawal Still no withdrawal. I was told last week that my payout will be would be on a Thursday and this is the 3 week now and still no payout. I have been trying to get in contact to see what’s going on and nothing no response. Originally they said 48hrs for a payout but now it’s been two weeks. I have had no choice but to complain as it’s not fair and has seriously damaged my trust in them and affecting my mental health as I have been relying on this payout.

customer service in discord is good. The terms and conditions is somehow confusing and not easy to get at first compared to other prop firms. But their customer service in discord is good. They are always active. I got my payout in a little late but better late than never. May be their packages and terms are not that much attractive but somehow worked for a trader like me. So gave them 5/5.
