GBBest in Class The best buyback company I’ve used. They don’t accept as many books as their competitors, but they process and pay quickly and I haven’t had books rejected for some vague condition issues, which happens with other companies. I often choose TextbookRush over others even when the quote is slightly lower because I know they stick to the quote and pay quickly. Also, they’re located in the middle of the US so shipping from the West Coast is much quicker than to others located further east.

GBWorst customer service they shut down… Worst customer service they shut down mine and my sisters account because we live together at the same address and we both sold books to them. When they did this they just send a email saying your account has been closed with no explanation! Worst communication ever!
