Payment system doesn't work Payment system doesn't work. Every month my account is inaccessible because they seem to have lost the ability to take in money. When you try to pay manually the transition just stalls. This has been going on for months and it takes forever for someone to get back to you so that you can resume your training. Once is irritating. Twice is frustrating. Every single month, with no solution and no explanation is infuriating. If you like being down for a few days every month before you can resume your coursework, this is the one you want.

I think their videos are comprehensive… I think their videos are comprehensive and fun to watch. I'm taking my IT journey towards certifications, and this is my favorite resource by far. While I don't use anything but the videos, they do have extra labs and tests available that could be quite helpful. For context, I'm enrolled in My Computer Career, and I find some of their resources severely lacking in quality. IT Pro TV supplements my learning and I'm so glad I decided to subscribe.

From IT newb to Pro I made the move from ER nurse to service engineer in healthcare. I needed the Comptia Server+ SK-0005 certification for my new job in IT. I used IT Pro TV to prepare for the certification. Through the videos, labs, and simulated exams, I was able to pass the Comptia Server+ exam with less than a year of experience in IT. I highly recommend this program for this pursuing IT certifications.

the training is very conversational… the training is very conversational which makes it easy for me to grasp the concepts. Having two breaks up present break up the flow therefore holds my attention better.

Interesting and easy to watch I have a study guide I purchased and it was text based. I found ACI through NetworkChuck and it's been a great supplement to the material I'm reading I watch their videos on the side as it pertains to the courses I'm reading through and it's been super helpful to get the knowledge to stick. From their visual examples, listening to it and reading it on the side has been great!
