We've only just begun but what I'm most pleased with is the fact that the questions are all what the students have read about and studied for since the beginning of the year. Very helpful... aligns with course content I was taught Very helpful! I wanted additional resources other than the practice test my instructor gave me. Seems to align with the content I was taught and expect to see on the actual state CNA knowledge test.

I wish I could have purchased CNA Plus… I wish I could have purchased CNA Plus directly through my computer (I had to buy it from my phone). I love the multiple choice questions, test simulations, and CNA Skills videos. The skills videos is particular are the best I have found so far. An aspect of this program that can be improved is clearer explanations on why all answers choices are wrong instead of only offering why a single answer is right. I was also very confused by one of their vital signs questions; it was not clear what the middle number within the sequence of numbers was supposed to represent.
