Great online courses! I have gone through different platforms while getting my real estate license. Kaplan has by far been the best online program that I have used. All the extra modules and practice tests were amazing. Make sure you add the Exam Prep course to your classes. It will definitely improve your odds at passing. Also make sure to utilize the study groups they offer for National material and State materials. Cindy Lott is one of the best instructors I've ever had!

Day after day, week after week Tabitha makes her explanations and analogies memorable and captivating for my attention span. I’m going to miss my Wednesday night study groups! Kaplan has many tools and classes paced to meet your particular needs. So many options. I especially utilized the heck out of the vocabulary audio recordings for my on the go life style.

After 4 months of studying course materials including On-Demand videos, Study group every Wednesday evening spearheaded by the incredible Bobra and fantastic Tabitha, and finally working through some tough QBank questions, I took and PASSED the California State Exam at first try!
