I would not have been able to do this without her. She is extremely knowledgeable, she always knows what she needs to know and always gets the problems right.

AUZERO SUPPORT Very disappointed with overall experince. Sent email to their 'customer support' but never got any reply since early March. Very quick in asking and taking my money, but ZERO support. Nobody to speak to, to discuss about experience / refund / issues about the lessons. 80% of the lessons were complete waste of time since the teacher could not match the level of my child. She cried overwhelmed after a lesson, and learnt almost nothing. I paid $360 for 10 hours, and now unable to stop because THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO.
