Made it easy to understand and was clear and honest in letting me know the current situation at the back end and near future support initiatives aimed at helping us!

have patience, they'll come through!!! Even though most are doubting right now specifically because of their recent migration, they are still pursing excellent customer service and providing satisfactory service to their client base. can't ask for anything else from this company. traders are truly their priority and they show it (even though it might take a tad bit longer than normal because of their migration)
