Explained everything really easy, Pat had the patience to coordinate the payment process with me while things kept getting in the way, Sent me a voucher towards a laptop, and made me feel comfortable feeling like it wasn't a scam. Ben was great help and really walked me through the process and making sure this course was the right one for me. I never felt forced or pressured into anything. 10/10 would recommend.
