My biggest complaint was the complexity and vagueness of the instructions of your signup procedure. You need to make it simpler. Remember, you are dealing with attorneys not rocket scientists and Mensa members. I gave up twice trying to register. Glad I didn’t, but………

Interesting courses, easy access Easy to access both on the web and via the app, interesting courses when I want them. I am not actively practicing, but keep my license, so I am not always looking for classes in a specific specialty. I love that there are always interesting courses, on a wide variety of topics.
