FDN's Training and Mentors When I went thru the FDN course it was a place to be able to learn, grow and connect with like minded people. We became a community. I loved the knowledge, skills, and training that I received. The best part was being mentored by Tess Hanke and Brandon Molle. They were inspiring, kind, helpful and knowledgeable willing to help bring out the Health Coach in me.... I loved being connected with people of this caliber...

No Regrets! From the first module I listened and learned from I knew this was the right place for me! As a health and wellness coach I wanted a way to offer testing for my clients! FDN principles just make complete… FDN principles just make complete sense. For someone who has been very unwell with autoimmune issues and had to figure out the path to wellness through trial and error….FDN is the complete opposite!! Test don’t guess. Get well faster and save thousands of dollars and time, by eliminating the trial and error. Learn healthy lifestyle choices and behaviours to further support maintaining good health.

Would love to see more science and research behind the information. Credibility of the information can be questionable at times. Would love to learn more in-depth info about supplements (individual supplements as well as different brands).

I loved my program! I loved my program: it was very comprehensive; there was tremendous support and extra learning such as Study Hour and Hot Topics every week. I graduated several weeks ago and feel very confident in sharing my knowledge with my clients. The practicals and reviews with my mentors helped me solidify my knowledge, walk the walk, speak about the screening and the FDN approach confidently and learn even more. My mentors were motivating, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did I learn to help others stay well naturally, I also learned more about my own health in that I was able to do all the lab screenings on myself first. I loved this hands-on experience! I haven't seen this in any other program that I looked at before deciding to join FDN. I am eager to advance my studies by taking their advanced courses in the future. I also joined AFDNP which is a membership program after we graduate to further our education--not to mention all the other great perks. Thank you again for such a wonderful program.
